The fees associated with root canal treatment depend upon severable variables including the tooth number and if previous endodontic treatment has been performed.
Patient Billing
We attempt to make every effort to offer payment options that will allow you to stay within your budget. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards. We will gladly submit your insurance claims; however, we do collect your estimated portion at the time of service.
You will be informed of your estimated co-payment prior to your first visit. If the balance on your account is not paid by your Insurance Company within 45 days of the original date of service this balance will become your responsibility and will be due and payable.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged regardless of your insurance coverage.
